We don't mean to be impersonal, but Email is the best way to contact us at this time. Please understand that we are a family owned and operated business which means we do not have a massive call center. What we do have are toddlers running in and out of our office at all hours of the day, making it is challenging for us to return phone calls without our kids playing (and making noise) at our feet. If you don't mind this, then give us a call. Otherwise, email is your best way to reach us, and get a prompt response.

We try to ship all orders  on Mondays and Thursdays. If you order Monday-Wednesday, your package will be shipped on Thursdays. Any orders place Thursday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
