Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges will be granted on all unworn and unwashed merchandise returned within 30 days of original outgoing shipping date, with original tags attached.
  • The process for exchanges is to process a return first and issue a refund back to the original payment method on the order once the returned goods are received.
  • THEN the customer must place a new exchange order online. (For our customer's security, we do not store credit card information. This means, we can not reprocess the original credit card. Therefore, the customer is responsible for ordering the exchange item.) This can be done before or after the unwanted materials are returned.
  • Please include the receipt and any notes regarding the exchange in your return package.
  • The new order will be sent via standard delivery, unless otherwise noted.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us. We do not pay shipping on any returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy

  • A full merchandise refund, excluding original shipping charges, will be issued on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of original outgoing shipping date.(excluding items marked as CLEARANCE)
  • Items marked as CLEARANCE are not eligible for refunds. If you still choose to send the clearance item back, you will not be refunded.The item can be returned to you only if you agree to pay the return shipping.
  • All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original ticketing & tags attached.
  • Hosiery and swimwear may not be returned.Lingerie can be returned if unworn, unwashed and with original tags.
  • We DO NOT accept returns for soiled, worn or washed merchandise.
  • All orders returned will receive a refund credit issued to the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned materials.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.
  • We try to process returns immediately. However, some refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
  • If you return an item to us, that is not eligible for return, (tags missing, garment worn, past 30 days window, clearance item etc), we will try to contact you via email to make arrangements to have them returned to you at your expense. If we get no response, after 60 days, your account will be closed and items will not be returned or refunded.
